Your appointment time has
been reserved for you. In courtesy of your therapist & fellow patients, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment or we do
charge for the visit. Our email reminders are a courtesy that are sent out 48hour in advance to give you time to assess your current health, please cancel your appointment at this time if
you are unwell and not able to come in.
We will not bill insurance companies for missed appointments.
Late cancellations and No Show appointments resulting from illness will no longer be an acceptable reason for missing an appointment, except in extenuating circumstances (determined by the
clinic).

Insurance direct billing, credit card, debit, e-transfer, cash, gift cards (purchase online through our booking site)
